Terms and conditions

1. League fees will be notified prior to season starting.
2. Commissions become payable within two weeks, once full league fees have been received for the forthcoming season. 
3. We aim to publish scores each week but retain the right to not publish scores in any given week under exceptional circumstances.
4. We aim to publish scores each Wednesday but retain the right to publish later in the week.
5. Upon receipt of league fees, Leagues chairman and members will become entitled to a full season of scores and transfers (subject to note 3).
6. Under exceptional circumstances (such as when we believe other parties are not acting in good faith) and at our discretion, we retain the right to withdraw commissions. 
7. Once signed up to the standard AFF league game, each league will receive weekly updated scoresheets and managers will be entitled to submit eight transfers during the season.
8. A 'season' will start with the opening week's games in the English Premier League and finish on the closing weekends games.
9. Some leagues will choose to incorporate the FA cup as a second competition for their members and this additional competition will run in parallel to the league for an additional fee and will cover all of our listed players' scores for the full season's FA cup scores.    
 10. All players scores will be at our discretion and we will never enter into correspondance regarding points allocated, although we may review any queries submitted.  
11. Advanced Fantasy Football Ltd is under no circumstances liable for any losses that members may incur through private betting arrangements. 
Any 'pool betting' arrangements are strictly between managers on a private basis and in no way involve Advanced Fantasy Football Ltd - which is a none-gambling company.
12. Once fees are received - any refunds are given at the discretion of company management.
Fees are none refundable once the season starts except in the event of Advanced Fantasy Football Ltd being unable to fulfill it's obligations due to any unforesean and exceptional circumstances.
